You mentioned the five carved figures at St James Episcopal Church at Goldenacre in your August number (Issue 254, p.4).
It was as a memorial to Reverend Jenkins, who had been rector for over 25 years.
Find attached photos of the carving. Please note we also have a fresco painted in the chancel by William Hole RSA, who was worshiping in St James when rector Jenkins was in charge.
I am part of the church vestry and thought you would be interested to know.
