Friends of King George V Park and Scotland Yard meet this afternoon to womble and piece together the recent history of social life in the shrubbery. Gloves and litter-pickers provided. Bring your own moral glow.
Candidates standing in the Scottish Parliamentary elections for the Edinburgh Northern & Leith constituency will be invited to answer your questions. (For a better chance of having your question picked, send it to us in advance at spurtle@hotmail.co.uk) Come along and hear what they have to say. Contributions afterwards towards cost of hall-hire would be much appreciated.
After the winter break, Friends will restart cutting back and litter picking. Planting will follow on Sunday 20 March. If you plan to attend either meet-up, please let Josie Imrie know at: therocheidpath@gmail.com
